Cook on Clay Loaf Pot

Baking gorgeous crusty yeast breads or making a family-sized meatloaf has never been easier! The Loaf Pot by Cook On Clay is built for durability and performance, and is able to withstand the highest oven temperatures. Two beautiful colors are available - Tuscan Gold (images 2, 3) and Bordeaux (images 1, 3).

Recommended uses: baking, roasting, braising, oven searing, broiling, grilling.

All of the flameware products by Cook On Clay are built to last in your family for generations. A unique manufacturing technique includes firing each product at extremely high temperature for 28 hours, which allows the flameware to withstand thermal shock when heated. Built from a specially developed clay body that creates a durable, non-porous surface, the flameware by Cook On Clay may be used for all types of everyday cooking.

Cook On Clay flameware is microwave- and dishwasher-safe, although we don’t recommend microwaving it due to the high iron content of clay and glaze. Soaking the flameware for up to 10 min followed by scrubbing it with soap and water helps remove even the toughest food particles stuck to its surface without a lot of effort.

All of the Cook On Clay flameware is manufactured in small batches by experienced artisans in a studio located on scenic Whidbey Island, WA. The manufacturing process follows the long tradition of local craftsmanship that maintains the artistry of the American craft movement. Cook On Clay flameware allows you to safely prepare healthy foods without the use of Teflon, aluminum pans or aluminum foil.
