Underworld Glasscape Lighting Sculpture

Notwithstanding Lethe, the River of Forgetfulness in Hades, this Underworld is unforgettable. It takes full advantage of a variety of kinds of art glass, each selected for its suggestion of stalactites and stalagmites and other rock formations found in caverns, then cut with a ring saw and finally fire-polished in an electric kiln. The glass is illuminated either day or night by a light, recessed into the rear of the hardwood base, which is reflected off the wall behind.
