A stately, refined version of the artist's cylinder cabinet. The Quilted Chamber Cylinder Cabinet is crafted out of Bird's-eye Maple. This cabinet is an example of the finest workmanship of the cabinetmaker's art and features a cabinet top made of mahogany veneer with the same density inside and out to deter warping and or cupping. The cabinet body is a spectacular specimen of eight-piece book matched Quilted Maple, affixed to six layers of Italian Poplar. The veneers are cross-banded to create a two-ply skin for strength. The door on the cabinet front is almost undetectable. The impeccable veneer application melts the door into the cylinder shape. The door handle is hand carved from solid Ebony with a Tiger Maple inlay. Inside the cabinet is a matching adjustable shelf. Signature-shape legs are solid Mahogany and attached to the cylinder body with solid Ebony spacers. Finished with eco-friendly, non-toxic finish that repels water.
