The frame of this magnificent mirror is hand-carved in a beautiful round shape to complement any interior. The gorgeous finish is done in genuine 12k White Gold, with medium red rub revealed through the leaf layers. Each frame is constructed using grade select kiln-dried American Hardwood specifically chosen for its strength and tightness of grain.
Master craftsmen schooled in the old world methods of carving and gilding carefully prepare the carved frame with multiple layers of sanding and priming. After the painstaking preparation process is completed, sheets of White Gold are applied leaf by leaf and then toned to the desired finish. The end result is a piece that speaks of exquisite craftsmanship, fine detail and beauty worthy of the most discerning connoisseur.
Each mirror is wired and ready to hang. Mirrors may be beveled for a small additional charge depending on the design of the mirror or frame. A mirror may also be "Antiqued" for an additional charge of $50 per square foot. Custom sizes and finishes may be created to suit your specific requirements.
