These charming farm friends will welcome you with their warm smiles every time you sit down to have dinner! The whimsical pig and goat salt and pepper shakers are lovingly handcrafted in clay, cast in lead-free pewter, and then plated in nickel silver or 24-K gold color. A unique gift for a wedding or a housewarming party!

Available in 24-K Gold finish (image 1). Silver nickel finish (images 2-3) is available for a special order. Allow 2-4 weeks for special orders.
To create each piece, the artist makes a polymer clay form and carves it to the desirable look. The form is then baked in the oven to harden, and a black rubber 'negative' mold is formed. The rubber mold is then filled with hot lead-free pewter in a centrifugal machine that spins while the pouring occurs. The resulting metal figurine is electro-plated to give it a silver-like or 24-K gold finish. The finish does not tarnish and gives the figurines a beautiful rich luster.
