These whimsical royal crowns are fit for your favorite imaginary king and queen! Each piece is lovingly handcrafted in clay, cast in lead-free pewter, and then plated in silver or 24-K gold color. Genuine crystals decorate each crown. These salt and pepper shakers make a unique gift for a wedding or a housewarming party!

To create each piece, the artist makes a polymer clay form and carves it to the desirable look. The form is then baked in the oven to harden, and a black rubber 'negative' mold is formed. The rubber mold is then filled with hot lead-free pewter in a centrifugal machine that spins while the pouring occurs. The resulting metal figurine is electro-plated to give it a silver-like or 24-K gold finish. The finish does not tarnish and gives the figurines a beautiful rich luster.
